Angel AI (“Angel,” “we”) answers calls, texts, and web inquiries and books and reminds appointments on behalf of the local businesses that use it. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you call, text, email, or book through Angel, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the appointment or service you ask about, and the content of your messages and calls. When a business connects its calendar, we read its availability and create, change, or cancel the appointments you request.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer you, book and manage your appointment, send appointment reminders and confirmations you agreed to receive, and pass your request to the business you contacted.

Text messaging

Mobile numbers and text message consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only to deliver them. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share with

The business you contacted, and the providers we use to run Angel (phone, text, email, calendar, and hosting services), only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep information only as long as the business you contacted needs it to serve you. To see, correct, or delete your information, email hello@theangeldesk.com.
